Xiang Gao

Xiang (Jim) Gao, CPA, is a designated professional at MNP with extensive experience in accounting and tax services, currently serving as a Senior Accountant in Domestic Tax since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Staff Accountant at Baker Tilly Canada and a General Accountant & Assistant Project Manager at CXT Architects. As a Bookkeeping Consultant for 2603115 ONTARIO INC, bookkeeping and year-end package preparation were key responsibilities. Previous roles also include Bookkeeper and Receptionist at ENER COMFORT INC, where payroll processing and invoice management were performed, and Accounting Clerk at 1Start Inc., where Xiang recorded financial transactions and reconciled accounts. Xiang is pursuing the In-Depth Tax Program from CPA Canada and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto Scarborough, along with a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Studies with a major in Accounting from York University and a diploma in Business Accounting from Centennial College.
