Mohamad Syafiq Mohamad Arip

Mohamad Syafiq Mohamad Arip is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a robust background in information security. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President - ICT (Cybersecurity) at MNRB Group since March 2020, Mohamad has previously held key positions such as Head MSS - Security Consultant at DNeX Malaysia, where responsibilities included managing a Security Consultant team and providing consultation on SIEM (ArcSight) solutions. Mohamad's experience also encompasses roles as Lead Security Engineer and SOC Manager at DNeX Technology, where leadership of the Security Engineer Team and managing the Security Operation Center were essential duties. Early in the career, Mohamad worked as a Senior Security Analyst at DNeX Technology and as a Security Analyst at SCAN Associates Bhd. Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Information Security and Assurance from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia.
