Syed Muhammad Faizal Syed Ahmad

Syed Muhammad Faizal Syed Ahmad has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Syed Muhammad Faizal began their career in 2000 as an Officer at AmBank Berhad and then moved on to AXA Affin General Insurance as a Senior Executive. In 2011, they joined RHB Bank as a Manager of Human Resources, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Syed Muhammad has been serving as the Head of Organizational Development, Group Human Capital Management at MNRB Holdings Berhad.

Syed Muhammad Faizal Syed Ahmad completed a Certified Human Resource Management Professional program at the Human Capital Institute in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 1998-2000. Syed Muhammad Faizal had also obtained a Diploma in Banking from the same university in 1995-1997, specializing in Business Administration and Banking.
