Adam Rush

Adam Rush is a Senior Environmental Planning Project Manager currently with MNS Engineers, Inc., where they lead environmental documentation compliance with CEQA. Previously, they served as the Community Development Director for the City of Banning and were a Principal Planner at the Riverside County Planning Department, where they managed significant projects like the Climate Action Plan. Adam has a dual bachelor’s degree in Government and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College and a Master’s in Public Policy from Claremont Graduate University. Additionally, they were elected as the first Mayor of Eastvale and have extensive experience in land use and environmental planning through various roles in both public and private sectors.
