Ryan R. Ernst, P.E.

Ryan R. Ernst, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and mechanical engineering, particularly within water infrastructure and treatment projects. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at MNS Engineers since November 2021, Ryan previously held positions such as Associate Civil Engineer at Valley Water, where project management encompassed the planning, design, and execution of major water treatment initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at the City of Santa Cruz, overseeing water infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with ADA standards, as well as international service with the Peace Corps as a Secondary School Teacher. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and completion of the Nuclear Power School with expertise in mechanical nuclear engineering through the US Navy.
