Salome Garcia, EIT

Salome Garcia, EIT, has been an Assistant Engineer at MNS Engineers since June 2017, following an internship with the company. Prior to this engineering career, Salome worked at Vons from December 2011 to June 2017 as a Food Clerk, where responsibilities included customer service and handling transactions. Experience also includes a role as a Line Cook at Native Lounge from July 2010 to December 2011 and as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Applebee's-Chico from October 2003 to July 2010, which involved kitchen management, staff training, and inventory control. Salome holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2017.
