Zhe Chen

Zhe Chen, MBA, is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in air quality, noise, and climate change sustainability. Currently serving as Technical Lead at MNS Engineers, Inc. since September 2025, Zhe Chen builds and leads the air quality and sustainability service line. Previously, as Technical Manager at Michael Baker International, Zhe managed a team providing environmental services across California, directed high-budget projects, and led climate action planning initiatives. Zhe's career includes roles at LSA and Atkins, where significant contributions to climate action plans, data analytics, and project management were made. Zhe holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University.
