Daniel Trajano

Daniel Trajano is a retired physician and healthcare executive currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate and MNsure, as well as Chair of the MN Future Fund. They are also adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Previously, Daniel held significant leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Medica, and Park Nicollet Health Services, where they focused on population health, quality improvement, and value-based payment innovations. Daniel earned an MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School, along with an MBA in Health Care Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
