Matthew Fossand

Matthew Fossand has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst for MNsure since September 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing business system functionality and operational processes through analysis and system design. Prior roles at MNsure include Contact Center Team Lead and Carrier Coordinator, focusing on managing escalated enrollment issues and collaborating with various stakeholders. Previous experience includes positions at HealthEast Care System as a Health Insurance Program Representative, and at Allina Health as a Transport Associate. Matthew has also interned as a Community Health Intern and in customer service at UCare. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas, obtained in 2014.
