Richard Girges

Richard Girges is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and startup development. Currently, Richard holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at MNTN since August 2022 and also serves as Managing Partner at Ex Machina Ventures, focusing on seed-stage investments in Y Combinator startups. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at WorkClout, where Richard led the mobile application team following its acquisition by Luxury Presence, and Co-founder & CTO of WorkClout, which participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2019 cohort. Richard's engineering career spans multiple companies, including leadership positions at Luxury Presence, MNTN, Mobile Roadie, WEVR, Script Pipeline, and 211 LA COUNTY.
