Gina Justice

Gina Justice, MPA, is a seasoned Global Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at MNX, a UPS Company, since May 2009. With a track record of establishing credibility within the HR department, Gina has cultivated a culture of responsiveness, accountability, and integrity. Prior roles include Chief of Staff, where strategic project oversight and cross-functional resource management were key responsibilities, and Logistics Coordinator, managing international shipments for high-profile entertainment clients. Before joining MNX, Gina was an Account Coordinator at Expedited Media Solutions, where coordination of promotional materials was essential. Additionally, Gina co-owned Elements Home Furnishings, enhancing skills in business operations and marketing. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
