Elsbeth Tolboom

Elsbeth Tolboom has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on managerial and consulting roles. Elsbeth'smost recent position is as HR Director at Moba Group, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Royal Smilde as the Manager of HRM for their bakery division from March 2010 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Consultant at Hay Group from 2008 to 2010 and an HR Manager at Givaudan (previously Quest International) from 2000 to 2008.

Elsbeth Tolboom completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam from 1994 to 1999. In 2016, they pursued a Modular Executive MBA in Change Management & Organizational Development at the Nyenrode Business University. Prior to their university studies, from 1985 to 1992, Elsbeth attended the Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum (GGH), although their degree and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, in 1989 and 1990, they participated in a High School Exchange Year at Grand Haven High School.
