Gerco Termaat has a diverse range of work experience.

Gerco started their career as a Zaterdagmedewerker at Visgroothandel J&A in 2011, where they were responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Gerco later became a supplier in the Harderwijk region before leaving in 2017 to complete their studies.

In 2014, Gerco worked as a project engineer at Polymer Science Park, where they completed a project assignment at the engineering firm.

Gerco also gained experience as a stagiair (intern) at various companies. At AWL-Techniek, they worked as a stagiair Smart Industry, focusing on the logistics process and systems within the company. Gerco later became a stagiair techniek, working on the design of a new product that aimed to reduce transport and commissioning costs by 35%.

At Gibas Automation B.V., Gerco worked as a stagiair production engineer, specifically working with the autonomous robot MiR100 to automate internal logistics.

Gerco's last role was at Moba Group, where they started as a Mechanical Engineer in 2017 and later became a Project Leader Integration in 2021. Gerco 'sresponsibilities include integrating projects and automating cost calculations using 3D models.

Gerco Termaat completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Werktuigbouwkunde (Mechanical Engineering) from Windesheim University between 2013 and 2017.
