Heloise Murray Chinelli

Heloise Murray Chinelli serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Mobalyz since April 2025, having previously held the position of Group Head of Legal at Transaction Capital Limited from September 2022 to March 2025. Heloise's expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general commercial law, with significant experience advising on transactions regulated by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the Takeover Regulation Panel. Prior to these roles, Heloise was a Legal Executive at Sasfin Capital from July 2017 to August 2022 and a director at ENS, where the focus was on corporate commercial law.
