Kuhgen Govender

Kuhgen Govender is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal counsel and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Legal and Compliance Counsel at Mobalyz since July 2025, Kuhgen previously held the position of Legal Manager at African Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal and recoveries function of the Asset Finance business.
