Karla Tomšić

Karla Tomšić is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Moberg since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the full employee lifecycle across multiple offices and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, Karla held the position of People Partner at Gideon, focusing on employee relations within R&D, Sales, and Product departments, and implementing HR initiatives aimed at leadership development. Karla's career also includes significant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations at Sofascore and Dalekovod d.d., as well as earlier roles in school psychology and clinical internships. Karla holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Croatia, obtained in 2019.
