Bhavana Pawar

Bhavana Pawar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Manager and Business Intelligence Manager at MoBerries since October 2015, Bhavana specializes in sourcing for both tech and non-tech positions, screening candidate profiles, ensuring quality assurance, and managing database tracking and reporting. Prior experience includes a role as a Sourcer at Shell India Markets Private Limited, where focus was on recruitment for the Asia Pacific region, and as a Research Analyst at Ma Foi Randstad, where industry analysis and project tracking were key responsibilities.
