David Greenwood

David Greenwood has a diverse work experience history. David currently holds the position of VP of Real Estate and Development at Mo' Bettahs, which they started in April 2023. Before that, David worked at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, where they held the roles of Director - Real Estate and Construction, and Project Manager - Construction. David joined Cafe Rio in September 2018 and left in April 2023. Prior to that, David worked at Costco Wholesale as a Project Coordinator - International from December 2015 to August 2018. David also held various roles at Costco, including Assistant Buyer, Inventory Specialist, Supervisor, and Merchandiser, between 2011 and 2015. Before joining Costco, David founded and owned RC Mogul from February 2010 to April 2011. David started their career as a Laborer and Supervisor at Evergreen Environmental Services and worked there until April 2011.

David Greenwood received an Associate's degree from Edmonds College. David then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Central Washington University. Most recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
