Kuba K. is an experienced Community Coordinator at Electronic Arts (EA) since December 2014, responsible for identifying player trends, escalating issues, and providing feedback through Jira/JaaS while ensuring forums remain safe and enjoyable. Previously, Kuba served as a Game Advisor, troubleshooting technical issues across various platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a Spedytor at Podlasie S.A., where supervision of cargo transportation and problem-solving for drivers were key responsibilities, and as an Assistant Contract Manager at Towimor. Currently, Kuba K. is pursuing an Ordinary Bachelor Degree and Level 7 Diploma in Cybersecurity at City Colleges, expected to be completed by May 2024.
