Michał Guzieniuk

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovative projects through training and mentorship for technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has also contributed to various advisory boards and serves as a technical board member at Share&Charge. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PMI.
