Helen Weir

Helen Weir currently serves as the Chair of Mobico Group PLC and a Supervisory Board Member at Ahold Delhaize, where Helen chairs the Governance and Nominations Committee. In addition, Weir holds non-executive director positions at Bata Group, Superdry, and previously at Greencore, where Helen chaired the Audit Committee. Weir's past roles include trustee with Marie Curie UK and non-executive director at England Rugby and JUST EAT, both of which Helen chaired the Audit Committee. Weir's education includes a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, alongside being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
