Jenni Pendrey

Jenni Pendrey serves as the Group Head of Insurance & Claims at Mobico Group PLC since June 2025, following a tenure as Chief Client Officer at Gallagher Bassett from September 2024 to June 2025. Before these roles, Jenni was the Group Insurance & Claims Manager at Mobico Group from April 2013 to September 2024, where expertise in data analysis and communication facilitated improvements in insurance and claims performance. Early career experiences include positions at National Express LTD as UK Claims Manager and Head of Safety Performance, as well as Accident Intervention Manager at National Express Bus. Jenni's career began as a Graduate Management Trainee at Mobico Group PLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Warwick and a PG Cert in Business Administration from the University of Northampton.
