Don Shepley

Don Shepley is an experienced business development and real estate manager currently working with the Mobile Airport Authority since May 2023. Previously, Don held multiple leadership roles at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, including Director of Planning & Business Development and Director of Operations and Maintenance from 2003 to April 2023. Additionally, Don served as President of the Mississippi Airports Association from 2010 to 2012 and was a commissioned officer and rotary wing pilot in the US Army from 1994 to 1999. Don is an alumnus of Kent State University.
