Apolline Colange has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Chargée de mission patrimoine et innovation at Histoire de Châteaux from March to July. From January to July 2018, they were an Assistant production et qualité marketing at maeva.com, where they were responsible for product descriptions, order management, content verification, and ensuring product visibility. From November 2018 to November 2022, Apolline worked at maeva as a Chargée de contenu/Content manager. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Care Expert at mobile.club, starting in November 2022.

Apolline Colange attended Institut Privé Montalembert from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their Baccalauréat littéraire. Following this, they enrolled at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée from 2013 to 2016, earning their Licence degree in Langues Etrangères Appliquées Anglais/Allemand. Subsequently, they attended Institut Francilien d'Ingénierie des Services (IFIS) from 2016 to 2018, where they completed their Master's degree in Tourisme d’affaires.
