Emma Mason

Emma Mason is a Project Team Lead and Senior Chatbot Designer at Mobile Coach. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor focusing on webpage content, search engine optimization, sales letters, and ghostwriting blogs. Emma also has experience as a Lead Student Secretary at BYU-Idaho, an Editorial Intern at Seeing the Everyday, an English Department Teaching Assistant, and a Medical Records Specialist at Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico. Emma holds a B.A in English with a Creative Writing Emphasis from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
