John Scott began their work experience in 1996 as a Field Technician at DFW Communications Inc., where they primarily repaired public safety radio systems. John then progressed to the role of Field Service and Depot Manager, overseeing the training and management of service technicians. John later became an RF Systems Engineer, designing and building various RF systems for clients such as Lockheed Martin and Alcon. John eventually moved up to the positions of Service Manager, Director of Technical Services, and Engineering Manager, where they focused on managing departments, analyzing productivity and profitability, and developing consulting services. In 2014, they joined Crosspoint Communications Inc. as the Director of Technical Services.
John Scott has completed course studies at the University of Maryland in Business and General Studies. John has also completed course studies in Criminal Justice at Vernon Regional Junior College. In addition to their educational background, John has obtained the certification of Certified Electronics Technician - Journeyman from the Electronic Technicians Association International in December 2006. John also holds the FCC GROL certification from the Federal Communications Commission, which they obtained in January 1998.
