Royce V. Smith

Royce V. Smith serves as the Maternal and Child Health Program Manager at Mobile County Health Department since December 2021, overseeing program services and ensuring the achievement of objectives. Previous experience includes Facilities Coordinator at City of Mobile Parks and Recreation, where responsibilities involved planning and managing recreation programs, as well as holding roles such as Juvenile Probation Officer and Juvenile Detention Officer with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and Mobile County Commission, respectively.
