Michael Pankow

Michael Pankow is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and facilities management industry, currently serving as a Project Specialist at Mobile Fixture - The Kitchen & Restaurant Store since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Facilities & Development at Fifth Group Restaurants from March 2015 to August 2021. Michael also gained experience as a Restaurant Operations Coordinator at Jamestown from March 2013 to March 2015 and as Director of Facilities at Tappan Street Restaurant Group from March 2003 to March 2013.
