Justin Leibling

Justin Leibling has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Justin began their career at Town Sports International, where they held multiple roles, including Membership Consultant, Customer Service Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. During their time at Town Sports International, Justin demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved outstanding results, consistently surpassing targets and improving team performance.

Justin then joined Crossfire Consulting as a Project Manager, working on a 30-month contract with Verizon. In this role, they successfully coordinated milestone dates for hundreds of orders per day, and they were solely responsible for the Dallas, TX market.

Most recently, Justin worked at Mobile Health, a premier Occupational Health vendor in New York City. Justin started as an Operations Lead, where they implemented new workflows, enhanced processes, and achieved significant revenue growth. Justin was then promoted to Manager of Business Development, where they successfully onboarded clients and led a team of Account Managers. Finally, Justin was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing and enhancing relationships with partnered urgent care centers nationwide and managing a team responsible for customer service, data integrity, and operations.

Throughout their career, Justin has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership abilities, and a focus on achieving and surpassing goals. Their experience in operations, business development, project management, and team management make him a valuable asset in any organization.

Justin Leibling attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business. Justin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
