Kaitlin Rose Vanderbas

Kaitlin Rose VanDerBas has extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as an Account Executive for the North East at Mobile Heartbeat since January 2017. Concurrently employed at Temple University, Kaitlin focuses on strategic communications and organizational leadership, specializing in organizational audits, strategy planning, team management, and stakeholder communication. Previous roles include an Events and Coordination Intern at Susan G. Komen Philadelphia, where skills in logistics and volunteer management were strengthened, and as a Group Travel Program Coordinator at Rustic Pathways, where annual sales targets were exceeded. Additionally, Kaitlin founded Universal Language, overseeing translation services and ESL programs, while also holding a position as a Senior Experience Coordinator at LivingSocial, managing event logistics and training for coordinators.
