Vijay Paul

Vijay Paul has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vijay is currently the Business Operations Head for Resource Management and Contingent Workforce Management at O2 Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, Vijay worked as the Founder and President of the John Milton Educational Society. Vijay has also held positions such as Vice President of Operations and Business Operations Head at iTeam, Senior Lead Manager of Resource Management at V-Soft Consulting Group, and Senior Manager of IT Sales and Consulting at Dexter Systems. Additionally, Vijay has worked as a Manager of Resource and Hiring Process at Systel, Manager of Business Development at Antra Inc., an IT Consultant at Integreted Software Solutions, and a Human Resources Analyst at Radiant Global Inc. Vijay began their career as a Business Analyst at Triton Infotech Inc. Vijay has extensive experience in resource management, IT consulting, business development, and human resources. Vijay has also demonstrated expertise in process analysis, project management, and stakeholder management.

Vijay Paul has a diverse education history. Vijay started their academic journey in 1987 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their High School degree. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a focus on Accounting at Osmania University, graduating in 2002.

In 1999, Vijay Paul furthered their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, completing the AISSCE examination in Mathematics and Business Management. Following that, they decided to specialize in the field of Computer Applications, and from 2004 to 2006, they attended Osmania University to obtain a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Software Applications.

Vijay Paul then decided to explore other fields and returned to Osmania University in 2017. Vijay pursued a Masters in Mass Communications and Journalism, which they completed in 2019, acquiring a strong background in Journalism.

Continuing the trend of diversification, Vijay Paul plans to pursue a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Social Psychology. Vijay is expected to start their studies at Osmania University in 2023 and complete the program in 2025.

Additionally, Vijay Paul has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they became a Certified Java Programmer (SCJP 1.5) through SCJP. Following that, in 2011, they received the Certified Tester certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2012, they obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from EXIN.

More recently, in 2018, Vijay Paul became a Certified Adviser in Life Insurance after completing the necessary requirements at the Insurance Institute of India. Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained the Certificate Exam of Insurance Consultant - General Insurance - IC38, further expanding their expertise in the insurance field.
