Jono West

Jono West is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Mobile Power since June 2019 and as the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Mobile Power Ltd since September 2017. With extensive experience in providing affordable, clean energy solutions to off-grid communities in Africa, Jono West played a pivotal role in developing the MOPO platform, which facilitates energy distribution through battery swap and rental systems in emerging markets. Prior to current roles, Jono West co-founded Mobile Power and held the position of CEO from January 2013 to August 2017, focusing on enhancing energy access for underserved populations.
