Maulik Gandhi

Maulik Gandhi began their work experience in 2015 as a Summer Intern at EY. Maulik then served as a Content Management Intern at MBASkool, where they contributed to the Business Concepts section. In 2016, Maulik joined EY as a Consultant, and eventually progressed to the roles of Senior Consultant and Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to Mobile Premier League (MPL) as a Senior Manager in the People Strategy & Development team. Later, they were promoted to the role of Associate Director in the same department in 2022.

Maulik Gandhi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering from 2010 to 2014. After that, they pursued a PGDHRM (MBA HR) degree in Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Maulik Gandhi obtained a certification in EY Analytics - Data Visualization, achieving a Bronze level, from EY in August 2021.
