Dawn Tennessen is the HR & General Administrator at Mobile Recell. Dawn has over three years of experience in B2B technology content strategy, public relations, and analyst relations.

Previously, they were the Director of Growth at Lumatic, where they researched and developed strategies for expanding sales into four new verticals. Dawn also designed and implemented system automations to maximize sales efforts, including landing pages, custom lead forms, and CRM integrations. In addition, they developed a sales team compensation plan that converted business goals into initiatives and a detailed project plan for the Growth team to execute.

Before their time at Lumatic, Dawn worked at MOBI Wireless Management as the primary content strategist responsible for annual development of an integrated, global go-to-market content strategy, calendar, and project plan. Additionally, they cultivated positive, consultative relationships with industry analysts, managed public relations and communications, and developed marketing strategies to increase pipeline growth. Under their direction, the company saw a 200% increase in published customer reviews and movement in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Managed Mobility Services from the Challenger quadrant to the Leaders quadrant.

Dawn has a proven track record of increasing brand awareness and lead conversion numbers through strategic content development and promotion. Dawn is an expert in demand generation and account-based marketing, having executed a campaign that resulted in a 160% increase in prospective companies to an annual customer-focused event.
