Mirela Stankusheva

Mirela Stankusheva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mirela is currently the Head of Technical Recruitment at Roller Gaming, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mobile Wave Solutions in various roles, including Head of Recruitment Operations and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting in October 2020. Mirela also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Partner at nDeavour Consulting, starting in 2020.

Before joining nDeavour Consulting, they worked at Uber as a Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer from December 2018 to June 2020. Mirela's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment & Resourcing Advisor at Questers from June 2017 to November 2018. Prior to that, they were an IT Recruitment Consultant at Talent Hunter, IT&Telecom Recruitment from April 2015 to March 2017.

Mirela's career began with internships at the Military Medical Academy (MMA) and the Institute of Psychology – MoI (Ministry of Interior) in 2012. At the Institute of Psychology, they performed various activities related to criminal psychology, counseling psychology, and professional psychodiagnostics.

Additionally, they have experience as a cinema reporter at Sofia Studio Production Company Ltd. from 2009 to 2012. Overall, Mirela Stankusheva has demonstrated their expertise in technical recruitment and talent acquisition through their various roles in different organizations.

Mirela Stankusheva pursued their education from 1996 to 2007 at the Russian High school "Al. S. Pushkin" in Sofia, where they completed their primary and secondary education. In 2007, they enrolled at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, initially studying Journalism for a year. However, they then switched their field of study to Psychology and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university in 2012. Subsequently, Mirela attended the "St. Kliment Ohridski" University of Sofia from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Master's Degree with a focus on Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology. Additionally, in 2013 to 2014, they attended the Institute of Mental Health and Personal Development, earning a Skills Qualifying Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Skills for Psychodynamic Counselling.
