Bijaya Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2007, they worked as a Collections Analyst at Dell, where they ensured collections from top and bottom bill clients, guided and assessed team members, and reviewed customer call reports. From 2009 to 2010, Bijaya worked as a Senior Business Associate at Fiserv, where they handled medical insurance for overseas clients, coordinated with employers and hospitals for claim settlement, and managed a special project on worker compensation claims. From 2010 to 2012, they held the role of Marketing Executive at Iridium Concepts. Bijaya then joined Tech Mahindra in 2014 as an Analyst, where they analyzed issues, supported clients/users, met resolution standards, and prepared reports. In 2016, they became an IT Analyst at VMware. Currently, Bijaya is the Head of Product Delivery at MobileFirst Applications, a position they have held since August 2022. Bijaya is also responsible for Project and Quality Lead at the same company since August 2019.
