Casper Højgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Casper started their career as a Trainee at The Royal Danish Embassy in Sweden, where they assisted Danish companies in expanding their presence in the Swedish market. After that, they joined Schneider Electric and held various roles including International Sales Trainee, Business Developer, Sales Manager, and Field Service Sales Manager. During this period, they were responsible for sales strategies, value propositions, market analysis, and managing tenders and bids. Later, they worked at Ørsted as the Head Of Sales DK/SE and Head of Energy as a Service Sales. Following their time at Ørsted, Casper joined GSV Materieludlejning as the Head Of Commercial Development, and most recently, they have been working as the Head of Sales & Partnerships at MobilePay.

Casper Højgaard started their education journey in 1998 at Vestfyns Gymnasium, where they studied mathematics until 2001. Casper then enrolled in TietgenSkolen in 2001 for a 1-year higher business education focused on marketing. Following that, they pursued a degree in International Marketing at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2002 to 2008, earning a Cand.merc. degree. In April 2017, Casper obtained a certification in "INSEAD - Transforming Schneider Electric Leadership."
