Luis Felipe Caro Gaviria has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Luis Felipe started their career in 2010 as an IT Desk support at Grupo Four S.A. In 2011, they joined Ericsson as an LDA, where they were responsible for control design, data analysis, and process improvement in telecommunications projects. During their time at Ericsson, they also gained expertise in Windows OS configuration and Linux. In 2014, Luis Felipe joined SIGOS GMBH as a Consultant Support Engineer, providing support and training to customers worldwide on the SITE and Global Roamer platforms. Luis Felipe also played a role in designing test solutions using ITIL & PMI methodology. Currently, Luis Felipe is working at Mobileum as a Senior Customer Support Engineer.
