R Ricki Juniansyah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2017, they started their career as a Network Project Engineer at PT. Telemedia Mitra Erajaya, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they also held positions as a Presales Engineer and System Support Engineer.

In 2021, R Ricki Juniansyah joined R17 Group as a Technology & Solutions Architect, contributing to the company's technological solutions until 2022.

Currently, they are working at Mobileum as a Delivery Engineer, a role they began in 2022.

R Ricki Juniansyah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telkom University and Institut Teknologi Telkom from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Hawkeye Key Concept, Architecture, and Use Cases," "Measuring User Experience," and "Network Visibility" from Keysight Technologies in February 2021.
