Sofia Nogueira has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a People Culture Communications & Support HR professional at Mobileum since January 2016, providing essential support to the Portugal team regarding benefits and administrative assistance to the Head of People Culture. Prior to this role, Sofia spent over two decades in customer service roles, including a tenure as a Senior Customer Service Agent at British Airways from September 1992 to June 2013, and as a Customer Service representative at TAP Portugal from 1990 to 1992. Sofia holds a degree from ISLA – Institute of Languages and Business Administration.
