Víctor Hugo Vizcaíno

Víctor Hugo Vizcaíno has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Víctor Hugo started working at McDonald's Corporation in 2003 as a Gerente Swing, where they managed restaurant operations, supervised staff, and conducted inventory management. In 2012, they joined INE as a Técnico en capacitación, providing training and guidance to supervisors and electoral trainers. Víctor Hugo then worked at DIFIABA as an Auxiliar Administrativo in 2012-2013. Víctor became a Project Manager at Grupo Dominion in 2013, implementing controls to analyze projects and reducing labor and material costs by 8%. Víctor Hugo continued their project management career at Boost Mobile in 2018, increasing store sales by 150%, particularly in the Latin market, and enhancing customer service.
