Karol Dulat

Karol Dulat is an experienced product design professional with a diverse background in UX research, UX design, and project management. Karol is currently the Head of Product Design at MobileXpense since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Research and UX Design Consultant at DUX Lab starting in 2019. From 2019 to 2019, they served as the Head of Design at Jane, where they played a key role in delivering the product to the market and improving mobile app experience by translating user research and data into features. Karol also has experience in leading design teams and establishing design culture as the Head of UX Design at Movify from 2014 to 2019. Karol has worked with various clients, including major Belgian banks, and has successfully transformed teams into human-centered and evidence-based creative and innovative teams. Before that, Karol worked as a Senior UX Consultant at Proximus, where they collaborated closely with product management to improve product quality and user interface. Karol also has experience in project management and usability analysis from their time at Janmedia Interactive and Dotcom Park. Karol's career in the field of web design started as a Web Interface Designer at NetMedia Solutions.

Karol Dulat completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Psychologii w Poznaniu in 1999-2003. Karol then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Wroclaw from 2003-2006. In 2006, they received training in PRINCE 2 from Project Management Consulting (UK) Limited.
