Shotaro Kawahara

Shotaro Kawahara is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobileye’s Japan subsidiary. He leads business development and engineering design-in for this strategically important automotive region.

Kawahara graduated from Keio University in 1999 with a degree in economics. Shortly after graduation he co-founded a start-up company in New York specializing in 3D reconstruction from still images, where he oversaw all customer projects. Kawahara joined Mobileye through his activity at this company and was later appointed CEO of Mobileye Japan Ltd.
