Jelena Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project management. As the Product Manager of Digital Customer Experience at Mobility Cooperative since June 2021, Jelena focuses on enhancing customer interactions. Jelena also serves as Project Manager and Owner of AnaMar Apartments Rovinj, overseeing branding, management, and customer service in the hospitality sector since January 2014.
