John Abbott is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and advisor with extensive experience in the energy transition, FinTech, mobility technology, automotive, and chemicals sectors. Currently, they serve as the senior NED at ICE Futures Europe and ICE Clear Europe, as well as the Vice Chair at Neste Oyj. Previously, they were a Non-Executive Director for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and held various leadership roles at Shell, where they concluded their tenure as Downstream Director in 2019. Abbott holds a first-class honors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
