Sophia Chan

Sophia Chan has worked in the field of data analysis and risk analysis. Sophia started their career at SCAN Health Plan in 2017 as a Business Analyst, working there until May 2019. Sophia then took on the role of Risk Analyst at SCAN Health Plan from May 2019 to April 2022. In March 2021, they were promoted to Senior Risk Analyst at SCAN Health Plan and held that position until May 2022. In May 2022, they joined MobilityWare as a Data Analyst II.

Sophia Chan earned their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Sophia also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which they achieved at Foothill College from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their educational background, Sophia obtained the Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification from Tableau Software in November 2019.
