Xian (Grace) Ge

Grace Ge (Xian) has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and responsibilities.

Starting from 2003, they worked as a Software Engineer at ACS Systech Integrators, where they designed and implemented an inventory RFID tracking system for NIKE. Xian (Grace) also participated in CMM/CMMI software process improvement cycles.

In 2004, they joined Certegy as a Software Engineer.

From 2005 to 2011, Grace worked at Vesta as a Lead Database/BI Developer. Xian (Grace)'skey achievements include designing and implementing a multidimensional financial reporting Data Mart for the Finance Department and developing a cash consolidation relational database back-office application for the Accounting Department.

In 2011, they joined Huron as a Senior BI Developer, where they planned the development cycle in an Agile environment and collected requirements from stakeholders.

In 2012, they joined Epiq as a Data Service Supervisor, where they managed teams, implemented data architect roadmaps, and collaborated with the executive team to establish the company's enterprise data management strategy.

From 2014 to 2017, Grace worked at Holiday Retirement as a Sr. BI and SharePoint Manager. Xian (Grace)'sresponsibilities included creating roadmaps and budgets for the BI and SharePoint application group, as well as leading a system migration to AWS and Azure environments.

In 2017, they joined Exsilio Solutions as a Data Warehouse Manager.

Finally, Grace is currently employed at MobilityWare, where they have held multiple roles since 2019. Xian (Grace) started as a Sr. BI/Integration Manager and later became an Associate Director of Data Engineer. Xian (Grace)'scurrent role is Director of Data Engineer, which they have held since June 2022.

Xian (Grace) Ge pursued their education at several institutions, starting in 2002 at the Oregon Health & Science University. Xian (Grace) completed their Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Database, in 2004. Later, in 2008, they attended Argosy University Sarasota, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on Finance in 2010.
