Panos Christou currently serves as the Deputy Director of Product Portfolio & Ventures Synergies at Mobilize since June 2025, focusing on the mobilities business unit. Prior to this, Christou held the position of Chief Program Manager at Ampere from November 2023 to May 2025, working on multi-energy electric vehicle platforms and hydrogen storage. Between October 2016 and October 2023, Christou was also Chief Program Manager at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, overseeing the global development of multi-energy EV platforms and hydrogen storage systems. Christou's career at Renault Group spanned from 1999 to 2016, with roles including Senior Program Manager, Project Manager, and Product Technical Requirements Manager, specializing in engine development and specifications. Early career experience includes research engineer work at CNRS (1994-1998) on hypersonic speed plasma flows and a scientific researcher role at The University of Texas at Austin (1988-1992). Christou's educational background includes a Doctorate from Pierre and Marie Curie University, a Master of Science in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bristol.
