Elena Usan

Elena Usan is an experienced professional in banking technology and customer support, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Methodology of Banking Technology at MTS Group since July 2008. Prior to this role, Elena Usan worked as the Chief Specialist of Development and Quality Control in the Department of Customer Support at National Bank TRUST from April 2006 to April 2008, and as a Specialist in the Methodology of the Department of Banking Technology at Russian Standard Bank from October 2002 to April 2006. Elena Usan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Philology from Московский Государственный Областной Университет and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Институт экономики бизнеса при ТПП РФ.
