Natalya Belousova

Natalya Belousova serves as the Director of Internal Communications and HR-branding Department at MTS Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Natalya held the position of Director Of Communications and HR-branding Department at Retail Chain Pyaterochka from February 2019 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as the Head of Internal Communication at Sberbank from January 2017 to February 2019 and leading External and Internal Communications at ORIENT EXPRESS Bank during 2015. Earlier roles also encompass Head Of Communications at Alfa-Bank and Chief Specialist in Communications at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Natalya holds a Postgraduate Degree in PR and Communications and a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from Chelyabinsk State University.
